This item can be used while staying in position to gain EXP. The item will dissapear once it's durability has ran out.
This item is ideal for situations where players go AFK (away from keyboard) or are motion-less and talking in a chat. At low-levels (40-60) it is an efficent method of leveling but after it seems less so, even if the amount of EXP is proportional.
