- "That's strange. The machine is running. Let me try." Augustus snatches a Grass Sprout from the Cloth Bag.

- The Grass Sprout struggles violently, desperately attempting to squirm away.

- "Don't be afraid, little Grass Sprout. It's just a flash. It won't hurt." Augustus smiles crookedly and flashes the Grass Sprout with the Spirit Separator.
Grass Sprout
- "Loo loo? Chee chee chee!" The Grass Sprout collapses, a strange expression frozen on its face.
Augustus
- "Hmm. Well, it seems like it works, but the Eidolon energy inside you and Caroline is stronger than we could have imagined."
Envoy
- It hasn't occurred to you that even with the Spirit Separator, you and your Eidolon would remain inseparable.
Augustus
- "Perhaps you should make a trip back to Navea. Much ancient literature is stored there. You may be able to find some sort of explanation in the dusty tomes."

- You explain what had happened in Cactakara Forest, including the fact that you managed to repair the Spirit Separator. However, its brilliant beam of light had no effect on you nor Caroline.

- After listening to your story, the Grand Bishop falls silent. He closes his eyes for a moment. "After all you have been through, do you still wish to separate yourself from the Eidolon?"

- You are stunned by the question. Since the Eidolon appeared, you've been trying to get rid of it, however, you had been through a lot with your Eidolon. It has truly become your partner.
