- You ask Ivan exactly what happened and why the Centaurs were looking for him.

- "Huh? They're not looking for me. Some weird girl forced me to come here. She demanded that I bring her to the East City Ruins, and then she left me here alone."
- "She had something with her, but, before I could ask, a bunch of Centaurs came out of nowhere and started attacking me!"
- "I'd heard that Centaurs were ruthless and violent, but I'd always thought those stories were exaggerated! Apparently not! I've been hiding out since then. I'm glad you found me."

- You remind Ivan that the Teleporter is repaired and can leave whenever he wants.

- "Well, that's good news, but those Centaurs aren't just going to just let us go. Unless we defeat them, neither of us are getting out of here alive."
